We will not treat pest problems unnecessarily or where other methods could be reasonably employed.

We use the basic premise of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) as the backbone of our treatment programmes:

IPM is a simple and effective approach:

• Assess – What exactly is the nature, extent, level and cause of the problem?

• Treatment – Employ the best suited approach to ensure appropriate control is achieved

• Prevent - Ensure the area is maintained ‘problem’ free by the implementation of appropriate prevention strategies.

• Monitor - Where required, a variety of monitoring techniques can be employed until control is achieved and/or to ensure re-infestation does not occur.
